Siphiwe Tshabalala is appreciative of the fact that he has been able to reach the 50 goals scored mark in Kaizer Chiefs colors.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to play football and to be one of the few players to reach milestones like I have. I thank God for the provision. It is humbling to celebrate 10 years in a single club and scoring 50 goals.

Also not forgetting my team mates and everyone who has supported me through the process and now I am here. It is credit to the support from teammates. Soccer is not a one man sport and I can only reach these milestones with the rest of the team behind me, so I am grateful.

The work though does not stop here. We still have a lot to do and so far it has been a good race. I hope that we can stay humble and keep going until the end of the season.”
