Bafana Bafana international and Kaizer Chiefs captain Siphiwe Tshabalala has congratulated the national team for their come-back win against Angola on Friday.

Bafana went down by a goal in under two minutes of the match but came back to win the match with a 3-1 score line. Shabba feels it is a step in the right direction for the nation and says this is an opportunity for the country to make a statement.

“Well done to the national team for getting the desired results on Friday.

The guys did well and are showing that they want to do the best that they can. The result at the end of the day were in our favor and all we need to do now is make sure that we get behind the boys for them to finish off the job here at home on Tuesday,” Shabba concluded.

Bafana play their second leg world cup 2018 qualifier against Angola at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Tuesday evening.
