Kaizer Chiefs captain Siphiwe Tshabalala says it is always difficult to play against oppositions because they raise their level of play against the defending champions.

Chiefs played a 1-1 draw against Polokwane City on Tuesday evening in an Absa Premiership match. A goal from Puleng Tlolane cancelled out the opening goal from Eric Mathoho.

“Look it is always difficult when you have to play with a lot of opposing teams. We are the defending champions and they always make it a point to make things hard for us. This is part of the game and we try our level best to get positive results.

It is still the beginning of the season and we have not lost yet. Yes we have dropped a few points but keep in mind that we have not lost and that is on its own a positive thing. We will get by, it is not a ttain smash,” Shabba concluded.
